CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

Hereby I, by filling in the feedback form on the site www.hotelaw.pro, acting on my own will and in my own interest, consent to the processing of my personal data in accordance with the Federal Law of 27.07.2006 № 152-FZ "On Personal Data".

1. Personal data for the processing of which consent is given
- Last name, first name, middle name;
- Email address;
- Phone Number;
- Other data provided by me in the "message" field of the feedback form.

2. Purpose of personal data processing:
- Handling incoming requests from site users;
- Advice to the user;
- Directing responses to inquiries and other necessary communication;
- Other purposes specified in the Personal Data Processing Policy.

3. Actions with personal data:
The Operator has the right to perform the following actions: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, change), use, depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data with or without the use of means of automation.

4. Retention period of personal data:
Until the purposes of the processing are achieved or until the personal data subject withdraws consent, whichever comes first.

5. Transfer of personal data to third parties:
The Operator does not transfer personal data to third parties, except for cases stipulated by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

6. Withdrawal of consent:
